Diet!

Ok so on Monday, I started a diet which consist of a 2,500 calorie diet + exercise. My body has been soar for like 3 days.
I start it out with a 2 egg omelet in the morning followed by some calisthenics about 30 reps of a diffrent exercise each day. 10 exercises. about 300 reps.
Then I eat whatever my mom makes, and then go out running for about 30 minutes.
Im getting in great shape right now.
Now why did i get in a diet like this. Well because of the fast food that i kept eating. I can eat 7 Jr. Bacon. and I dont plan on eating any fast food on the weekend for a whole month.
Yep. Keep in shape. and most of all keep it real. Fuckers.
